Eileen Garczynski to co-present Virginia Bar Association’s CLE seminar on avoiding legal malpractice claims

Eileen Garczynski, Esq., senior vice president and partner, Ames & Gough and Dennis Quinn, partner, Carr Maloney will co-present the Virginia Bar Association’s “11th Annual Avoiding Legal Malpractice Seminar 2022.” The seminar, which provides 2.0 hours of MCLE Ethics Credit, will be held at the Virginia Bar Association, will be available by webcast or telephone on Sept. 7 from 12 – 2 p.m. ET and by telephone on Oct. 31 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. The program is intended to give law firms an overview of the most common legal malpractice claims (and related risks, such as cyber, management, and employment-related claims), and how to avoid them.
